Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TubeCube (the "Service"), operated at www.tubecube.net. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be old enough to hold a YouTube account under the YouTube Terms of Service in your country. To purchase a paid subscription you must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may only connect a YouTube channel that you own or are authorized to manage.

TubeCube reads your YouTube channel analytics with your permission and presents dashboards, comparisons, and recommendations. Access is read-only: we never post, edit, or delete content on your channel.

The Service depends on Google's YouTube APIs. Features may change, degrade, or become unavailable if Google changes its APIs, quotas, or terms. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

TubeCube uses YouTube API Services. By using TubeCube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. You can revoke TubeCube's access at any time via the Google security settings page; doing so will stop the Service from working.

TubeCube offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan at $9.00 USD per month. Pro unlocks the AI Growth Plan and additional customization features described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on each renewal.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and then reverts to the free tier.
• Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If something goes wrong, contact us — we will deal with it fairly.
• Price changes. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before it applies to your next renewal.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry and may suspend Pro access until payment succeeds.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's own terms.

The Service is offered on an early-access basis and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or periods of downtime. We may grant complimentary access to selected testers at our discretion, and we may change or withdraw such access at any time.

The AI Growth Plan and other insights are generated automatically from your analytics and are provided for informational purposes only. They are suggestions, not professional advice, and may contain errors or misinterpretations.

We do not guarantee any particular result — including growth in views, watch time, subscribers, or revenue. You are solely responsible for decisions you make about your channel.

You agree not to:

• Access the Service by any means other than the interface we provide, including scraping or automated querying.
• Attempt to circumvent authentication, entitlement checks, rate limits, or usage quotas.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or the data it produces as your own product.
• Connect a channel you do not own or have permission to manage.
• Use the Service to violate the YouTube Terms of Service or any applicable law.
• Interfere with or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to us. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.

Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over your channel data or the insights generated about it, and you may use the output for your own purposes.

You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and disconnecting your Google account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will refund any prepaid, unused portion of your subscription.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the analytics or recommendations will be accurate or complete. Analytics figures originate from Google and may differ from YouTube Studio.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $50 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will update the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring the claim locally.
