Privacy Policy

TubeCube is a YouTube analytics dashboard. We read your channel's analytics with your permission and show you insights about it. In plain terms:

• We use read-only access to YouTube. We never post, edit, or delete anything.
• We never sell or share your data for advertising.
• We never see your card details — payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
• You can revoke our access or ask us to delete your data at any time.

TubeCube ("we", "us") operates the website at www.tubecube.net. For any privacy question or request, contact us at uzakagames@gmail.com.

Google account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.

YouTube channel and video data. With your consent, we access the following Google API scopes:

• youtube.readonly — your channel details and your uploaded videos (titles, thumbnails, publish dates, privacy status).
• yt-analytics.readonly — your channel's analytics: views, estimated minutes watched, average view percentage (retention), subscribers gained, likes, and comments.

Billing information. If you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment. We receive and store only your Stripe customer ID, your subscription status, and the date your current billing period ends. We never receive or store your card number.

Feedback. If you use the feedback form, we receive the message and the category you selected, along with your email so we can reply.

• To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• To calculate and display your analytics, insights, and competitor comparisons.
• To generate your AI Growth Plan, if you have access to that feature.
• To manage your subscription and provide customer support.
• To respond to feedback and fix problems you report.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build profiles of you for any purpose other than operating the features described above.

Your session. Your Google access and refresh tokens are stored in an encrypted session cookie. They are readable only by our server — never by JavaScript in your browser. Signing out clears the session.

Subscription records. If you subscribe, we store your email, plan status, billing period end, and Stripe customer ID in our database (Upstash Redis). We keep this for as long as your account is active, and afterward as needed for tax and accounting records.

Cached analytics. To avoid re-running expensive calculations, we cache your computed insights summary and AI Growth Plan for up to 7 days, after which it is automatically deleted. This cache holds aggregated figures and your video titles — not raw viewer data.

In your browser. Your saved competitor list and display preferences (theme, accent color) are stored in your browser's local storage on your device. You can clear these yourself at any time from Settings → Data & privacy.

We share data with these providers only as needed to operate TubeCube:

• Google / YouTube — source of your analytics data and sign-in.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Upstash — database for subscription records and cached insights.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• Anthropic — AI processing for the AI Growth Plan (see below).
• Resend — delivering feedback form emails to us.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

The AI Growth Plan is generated by Anthropic's Claude. When you have access to this feature and it runs, we send Claude a summary of your already-computed findings — aggregate figures such as median views, retention percentages, and the titles of videos referenced in a finding. We do not send raw viewer data, personal information about your viewers, your email, or your access tokens.

Anthropic processes this data to return your plan and, per their commercial terms, does not use it to train their models. If you never use this feature, no data is sent to Anthropic.

TubeCube's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you can see in the app, we do not transfer it to others except as described above, we do not use it for advertising, and no human reads your data except where required for security, to comply with the law, or with your explicit consent (for example, when you ask us for support).

TubeCube uses YouTube API Services. By using TubeCube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can review and revoke TubeCube's access to your data at any time via the Google security settings page.

• Revoke access. Disconnect TubeCube from your Google account at any time via Google permissions or from Settings in the app.
• Delete your data. Email us at uzakagames@gmail.com and we will delete your stored records. Note that we may retain billing records where legally required.
• Access or export. Ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Clear local data. Use Settings → Data & privacy to clear anything saved in your browser.

Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have additional rights over your personal data. We honor these requests regardless of your location — just contact us.

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access tokens are held in an encrypted, server-only session cookie and are never exposed to browser JavaScript. Access to our systems is restricted, and payment details never touch our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

TubeCube is not directed at children. You must be old enough to hold a YouTube account under the YouTube Terms of Service in your country to use TubeCube.

We may update this policy as the product changes. We will update the "last updated" date above, and for material changes we will notify you in the app or by email.
